No i don't think everyone can be happy. Some are happy and don't know it until they are truly miserable. Some just cannot be happy because they suffer from chemical imbalance in the brain.
Some people just are more happy being grumpy which isn't really happiness. Gee, i could go on and on.......

Trick question - no one else can make you happy. You have to decide to be happy and then move forward with your plan. Happiness doesn't and can't rely on anyone else, because we are responsible for our own emotions and actions.
Case in point - in his letter to the church at Phillipi, Paul said that he had learned to be content no matter what his situation. He dictated this to Luke while chained to Roman guards in a prison.

It is very impossible to make everyone happy for a long period of time. Ever hear of the saying "You can't please everybody." Well, that is so true. Every person has each own dreams, motives, perspectives and beliefs and each acts differently depending on those attributes.

I don't beleive so. Because there is going to be a boss somewhere or a family dispute or a person arguing about gas prices. I just don't think it is possible.
