Run a good spyware/adware program. Microsoft.com has a BETA going on and their Defender program is very good. Also AdAware SE by Lavasoft is good. Both are free.

Your computer is infected with spiwares ( a program design to get pc user's attention on a specific web adress ).
Get online and do the following :
Tools>>>>internet options ( check the home page section to see if you correct the problem by entering the home address you are expecting)
Then get disconnected and get online again and go to tools >> internet options >>> check the home address
If it has changed back to the same web address you've mentioned.
You are definitely have spywares and you definitely have received a lot of mail offer from companies that you never heard of.

it can be a browser hijack . this term can be found in spyware cleaner terminology. a software that is good to help you is the spybot search and destroy. inside this software got the tea timer. it helps to protect changes to you computer. when ever there is a changes made, it will prompt you and get permission. if you do not want to agree to the changes, nothing can be changed. this is good. like for example when you never change the home page and it prompt you then you deny the right to change, it will not change the home page as it did not get your permission. somtimes its due to spyware, so this software helps you in this way and many more. quite good and free.

You are infected with a hompage hijacker. Run your AV and AS programs. If they don't detect it then go here and run the online scan and let it remove anything it finds.
Make sure you have the Update 7 version of Java and remove all previous versions. Download here:
http://www.java.com/en/download/windows_ie.jsp
Then go here and run the scan:
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
If they don't do it then go here:
