The lines are the aluminum foil and the numbers are the connectors and the line at the botom is the wire. The aluminum foil is ripped and I've replaced it with Hevey Duty Reloyds Wrap, but it won't pick up a signal... What should I do? Does it have to do with the foil, or the wire? If so, where can I get a new one?

Go to wal-mart and get 2 F connectors. Cut the RG-59 on both connectors and replace with F connectors and a union. You can get the union, connectors and crimp pliers at wally world for under 20 bucks and never worry about it again.
