WHOA!! I would be willing to put $$ on that being a man, or at least born a man. The width of the jaw line in comparison to the length of the head/face, the way he/she smiles, the eyes, I could go on and on if I were to study the photo harder, but if I were looking out my window, and sayher/him walking down the street, i would immediately say that is a guy in drag.
