Do you think the minimum driving age is too low? Why or why not?

It's not that the driving age is low it's the the way they teach the drivers ed classes they don't get enough of the workbook part of the class before they begin to drive. They should be in the classroom longer before they go on their first driving lesson. Someone was telling me their child only had 2 classes and was out driving already it should be a lot more.

I think it is good, because most 16-year-olds are responsible enough and will pay attention to the roads. Under that is ridiculous. Even if the age was 17 or 18, it might be better in my opinion, even though I really don't want to wait!!!

I think its about right. If it were lowered, then there would be a lot of immature kids on the roads. If it is raised, then kids will make their mistakes when there might not be anybody to help them through it after they move out. I do agree with the graduated driver's liscense system that many states have, though.

Hell no. I am 13 and i can drive pretty damn well. I think that it is a long wait, but to raise it would be foolish.
