if you're getting the train then go to Milton Keynes Central and you can get a bus straight up to the bowl. alternatively if you're driving then go onto the M1 (i think you're about J11 there in dunstable), go to J13. It should be signposted from there (if not A421 westbound until you get to the A5 junction, then A5 northbound, there should then be signs for you to pull off to the left and hey presto, you're there!). Have a little look on http://www.thenationalbowl.net/ for maps and things. Should take you about half an hour - have a good time :o)
