If he's from LA than that's new to me, especially if he's #1. Now if he's "in" LA. Than it mean he just ain't scared. That's a true #1 rapper. But who's the #1 rapper in your opinion? 'Cause 2pac is gone and their ain't no N.W.A or DeathRow.
