Depends on how rough you have been with your tampons. It's possible to tear the hymen with a large dry tampon if you are clumsy. If you have not had bleeding with tampons then your hymen should still be intact (unless you've had rough finger jobs or have been doing a lot of horse-riding).
I don't know how you can have sex twice and not bleed unless the guy had an extremely small dick or he never really got in before he came.Sounds a bit fishy to bleed the third time - unless you've had Japanese surgery to stitch up your hymen before marriage.

Tampons are not comparable to the size of the average male penis.
The amount of bleeding varies from quite lot -large stains on the sheets,continuing for1-2 days ,to just a few drops,which stop after the act.
It all depends on how thick the hymen was,whether your sex partner was rough or gentle etc...
The hymen has a small hole in it naturally -this is what allows your menses to flow out.
Some tampons-esp mini ones,can fit quite easily in this hole without damaging it.

Yes you do bleed the first time you have sex because of all the friction and cell damage but I'm not sure about the tampon part of your question

not everyone bleeds! i only know of one friend which did. it depends on how thick the hymen is. i think some girls have even broken their hymen through horse riding! theres nothing to worry about cos chances are the tampon would have done it already.

u dont bleed just becuz u have sex, u bleed when ur cherry is popped... mine wasent popped till the 3rd time

i didnt bleed and i used tampons.not all women bleed their first time.

no, it depends on your hymen as it is thin and not always vascular or fed by a good blood supply.
