I have tried the control panel thing and it keeps redirecting me to a web page and they tell me to pay this fee and they will stop sending me this pop up. I must have a virus or something huh?

1. go to control panel (if you have one)
2. go to add or remove programs
3. find the software you want to uninstall, and click on it
4. when you click on it, it'll either say remove, or chang/remove
5. click remove and it'll uninstall
if you are having trouble uninstalling, make sure you click out of all other programs and log off any other people who might still be logged in. then go back and login into your "computer" and go through the steps again

Best Way is to format your harddisk.
2nd best way is to choose uninstall program in control panel.
3rd best way is to leave it as it is
