i just recently had my bearrings replaced so I know thats not it, and my power steering fluid is full. It makes the loud noise right when i put it into drive or in reverse and not just when im turning. The noise it makes is a loud 'grinding' noise. If you have any idea help me out!

Most likely engine mount(s) Probably trhe front one,
A DIY job, if you're a bit handy.
Open hood, set hand-brake, start engine, move selector from drive to reverse a few times. If the engine rocks back and forth while you hear the 'clunk' it's definitely engine mount(s)

Does the car jump or jerk? Does it drive ok? What kind of car? Sounds like something is chewing into the transmission housing from the inside. Need more info here. Could be the final drive. That sounds very possible.

Has any one checked the starter solenoid? It may be bad, lost tension in spring, and will not disengage from the fly wheel,,..
