"G's" is a measure of acceleration normalized to gravity.
1 "G" is approximately 32.2 ft/second^2

lbs/ft^2 is a measure of pressure or stress

They don't convert as units.

Acceleration is meters that a mass move per second square relative to the center of mass of the earth.

However if you know how much pressure gravity has on a square foot and you know the value of the mass that cover the square foot than you can calculate the acceleration of gravity per square foot.
The formula is so simple that I leave as an excerse to calculate it.

Unless you use Einstein curvature of space time than it really gets complicated and you would obtain more exact results to a very long number of places.

No, the force of gravity is proportional to mass, not area. At the surface of the earth it amounts to 1 pound-force per pound-mass, or 9.81 Newtons per kilogram.

Pounds per square foot is a unit of pressure.

Gravity is a force. Units of force are foot pounds.

Use SI - its less confusing.
