Hi
It depends on what your into
IE: Thrill rides and roller coasters:(Islands of adventure )
Characters we know love and feel comfortable with Magic Kingdom
Animals: Animal kingdom or Busch Gardens or Sea World
Cool 3D or motion rides: Universal Studios
relaxing and affordable: Cypress Gardens or free the water lilies place on Cypress gardens drive
Education : Space Port ( Kennedy Space Center)
there is so much to do there and so many great parks you will have fun at any of them but if your going right now be aware of the crowds and make time for long lines ( I bring music a book or even my portable DVD as some line waits can be a hour or longer ( also pack some snacks like M&m's and juice boxes possibly candy that looks like Disney charactors so they feel its special for kids so you wont have to get out of line ( they sell candy like that everywhere you can even get it before you go)
have a geat time!

Walt Disney World is my personal favorite. I agree that it is expensive, but imho it is well worth the cost. My entire family (parents in their 50/60's down to kids 3-16 years) all love Disney World. There is something for everyone. Rides, shows, dinner theater, water parks, it's fabulous!!
If you have kids Sea World is good too (it takes a little while to get used to the smell) they have some really good shows... shamu and the walrus/sea lion shows are fabulous and you can really see a lot of water creatures that most people wouldn't get very close to.

The best would have to be Walt Disney World! They have hundreds of acres of land and thousands of rides! Its awesome! They have different little "worlds" like chinese places and they like make models of real places. Its all really amasing and it takes your breath away looking at everything. Thats an amusement park that you want to go on on a holiday or around a holiday (BIG crowds in summer!) or during the school year (its too late for that) cuz it gets super crowded in the summer and on weekends. Hope you go there and have fun!

Disney costs too much to have a good time. Bush Gardens has all the good coasters and free beer tasting. I like Bush Gardens better.
