The body is still in a coffin made of wood, which is then put in a another coffin made of stone or marble. Even though the body is drained of all fluids, the body still contains embalming fluid. Thats the stuff that retards the decompostion process. After time passes the body will continue to decompose, cell structure begins to break down and there you have your liquid. Wood is pretty tough but after a while it will absorb moisture like a sponge and there is your liquid leaking out the coffin, i hope that helps.

yes our bodily fluids do leak out, even if we are buried. The cemetery in my area was built so close to the canal that they had "run off" from the cemetery and had to move the canal back a ways and put a road in between.
Here is a link to a true although a bit grisly story of a woman that died and whos body was undiscovered for so long that she "leaked" into the cement and now there's a permanent stain on the floor.

Its not true! Coffins are leak proof and are sealed double. It takes 25+ years for a body to breakdown. A body turns to dust and the dust soaks up any liquid (only the preservative is the only liquid in any body).
