sure just give him a meal doused in caspeziem(sp) oil. That would stop him from talking fast. Caspeziem oil is the oil from chili peppers and starts slow but keeps getting more and more painful.

I love Hell's Kitchen! I probably would not punch him though, he scares me! but he seems pretty nice outside of the kitchen....
