see, i'm in a relationship with a married man. he's been legally seperated for a year now and in the process of divorce. we've lived together for a year and a half now. he comes home from work every night. we spend a lot of time together. i have the code to his cell phone and we talk about almost anything but lately our sex life has changed. he wants to have relations more frequent and some times it's hard to keep him satified. we have always had a great sex life but three times a day lately got me puzzled. is it just me or is he with someone else?

OK, since he is not yet an UNMARRIED man and has held on the "separation" status for this time. You must assume he is not fully over his past. If he is, then he is not ready to commit to you, or he would have done it.
Men are, above all, opportunists when it comes to sex. The only thing that keeps us from the biological imperative of being as "friendly" as possible with as many as possible is the fear of being caught.
If he has just upped things, I see two possible answers:
1) He got a sample of Viagra or equivalent from his doc--and he wants to impress you .
2) He has some insecurity brewing and it's his way of making himself feel better (which sucks if he doesn't get off)
You are sharp to pick up on the fact that we can actually want sex wiht you MORE if we are having it with somone else too.......I don't know why this is, but it is.

Obviously he is cheating. He is still married. I wouldn't think that he is having sex with anyone else if your three times a day are as great as you say. And the increase probably comes from the fact that he has stopped sleeping with his wife now and devoting it all to you. Before he had to divide it between the two of you.

I don't know if that would be considered cheating, but just the fact that he is still married to me spells trouble. Is he planning on getting a divorce? what's the story? Besides if he and his wife decide to get back together (which he is entitled to do), who will be left with the broken heart?
It's always best to wait until the person has dealt with the relationship and doesn't have anything holding him back.

if he was with someone else, don't think he'd be wanting it 3 times a day. he might be fantasizing or going to the strip club. just got out of a marriage, not a relationship, and I'm sure he's venting, sort of. too much sex is not a reason for concern. too little sex or no sex at all, then he's cheating.

This guy has been sexing her for over 6 years! it really is longer than he's been with you! Honey, If he was with someone else he sure the hell wouldn't be having relations with you. When there is nil to none that is the time to worry. Maybe he is thinking that you are going to leave him or your not happy, that could be why the more active sex life.
