Usually only a few seconds, but sometimes longer. If you have strong morals it usually doesn't take long to know the right answer.

I think so. I never answer a question that I can not answer fully. I answer questions that I have experience in, or that I have studdied enough to know the answer. I always try to answer a question to get the "best answer" rating.
I can not stand people who say "YES" or "STUPID". It is pointless.
Also, people, if you do not have some type of evidence to back up what you are saying... please do not say it.
SOOO... Yes, it is always my best answer!!
