To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 5 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

My husband and I have been trying for a year and a half now, we have a little girl who's almost 2. I had some problems with the first pregnancy, not due to the pregnancy but other health issues. But I am scheduled for an HSG, to see if my tubes are blocked, and if they are then the test should unblock them, if not then they are going to put me on Chlomid, which is suppose to be a very good fertility pill. Are your periods regular or irregular?

well there are ovualtion kits you can try im doing them now and they are great !!! you buy them at the drug store or any shop that sells pregnancy stuff... you buy an ovulation kit for 5 days it comes with 5 peeing cups and 5 tests you do one test a day for 5 days at the same time every day.... it sort of looks like a pregnancy test but for ovualtion.... it comes up positive when you are at your highest and that means you are going to ovulate in 24 - 36 hours so you have sex on the day you get a positive and the day after....its worked for alot of women thats just an easier thing to try so that when you know you are most fertile you can plan a romantic evening and just enjoy the night instead of worrying the WHOLE month about making sure that you and your husband had sex on certain days so goodluck and for the future CONGRATS

Depending on what your doctor says, I think it really depends on timing. You didn't say whether you had been charting your BBT & CM, so I don't know if that might be your problem. It is always one thing to say you have been trying to get pregnant and quite another to have put in ALL the work that goes along with it. Now if I am wrong and you have been doing all of the BBT & CM stuff, I am truly sorry and you will have to wait and see what the doctor says. If I am right, here are a couple of sites with information on BBT & CM that will assist you in your trying. Good Luck

Well lets see i need to know if your periods have been regular all your life?If they have okay good sign means your ovulating ,if they havent then here is this issue.I was 14 when i had my first period i bled very heavily at first. As a couple of months later i noticed my periods sometimes would skip a month but my mom fig it was because i just started and my body wasnt use to them yet, kinda like it was just gearing uo for it.I got pregnant with my first child easy. Then after he was born i went a year no period ,i didnt even go to the doctor i thought it was normal.then a year and a half i finally said humm maybe i do need to go when i went the doctor said i was over weight thats why.I thought that was crazy i knew women way bigger than me very overweight had periods just fine.So i left well went a diet for me nothing to do with the doctor and lost 20 pounds well boom my period came back.Well i got pregnant again. After my daughter no period again this time 2 years then it would come and go bleed one month then skip one bleed for 3 days or sometimes bleed for 12 days. Some periods be very heavy some so very light.Well at the time i didnt want any more kids i thought going thru a bad diviorce .But i eventually met another man married him and we started trying.! year goes by then 2 years and we had sex often tried every position known to man nothing finally i seen a doctor and i was diagnosed with polycyctic ovary disease.he put me on glucaphage 1000 mill a day and lost weight and boom after 9 years of trying i finally got pregnant by watching my weight takin the drug he gave me and chekin my temp everyday.p.o.c.s is where your body produces 2 much insulin and it causes your ovaries to thicken so they cannot release a egg and thats why you cant get pregnant ,you dont ovulate.and women who have this disease are usually overweight cause it makes you heavy and its very hard to loose so if you would like to know anything else email me i know alot on this subject thank you and good luck!

Even before you see a doctor, I would suggest you read _Taking Charge of Your Fertility_ by Toni Weschler. It will give you lots of useful information. Sometimes the book alone is enough to get pregnant, but, even if not, it can save you time, money, and discomfort (or actual pain) by eliminating the need for some medical tests.
Good luck!!

Secondary infertility is a common issue....so please don't feel alone. The best thing you can do is to have that appt with your doctor. He/she can perform some basic tests that will help you determine where the problem may be.
