I would say Jim Bruer. He can do a lot of crazy characters and actually be funny while doing it as well.

I can see Seth Mcfarlane, the creator and many voices from the Family Guy, doing it. Granted, he's not an actor - but he could do a wide range of voices like Carrey.

NONE!I love Ace Ventura.The first one fo sho.The second was alright.But pet detective was the Bomb and nobody else could have made it so funny.
