There might be some that would do that if you didn't want your car back, other wise all those companies are bankrupt now.

Now why would they do that? If you have a junk car you want to sell for parts, call a salvage yard. They may give you $100.00 and tow it off. If you have a car you need moved somewhere for free, good luck w/that.
