im ur age and i did the same thing. same weight too. i ate a peanut butter jelly sandwich before bed every night to gain weight and then worked out after school doing different body parts every day. i got up to 140 in about a month or so

do upper body exercise curls push up's dips jumping jacks everyday stretching crosslegg toe touches
fore arms- take some cans and sit in a chair grip the can good let your wrist drop raise it do 100 50 each arm
same can hold it tight holding i straight turn your wrist from left to right 100- 50 each arm
same can hold it in your hand stick your arm straight out in front of you lower to your waist
raise straight in front of you 50
same can @ your sides lift straight out to you sides but not over your head 50

It's probably going to be hard to do until you get a little older. But eat lots of protein or protein shakes and work out regularly. You can jump on cycles of Creatine (EAS Phosphagen) which in my opinion is 100% safe, but continue to work out while you take it. Read up on it, don't misuse it.
If you HAVE to you can try weight gainer, but I've heard that it is harder to turn that into muscle, and I'm assuming you don't want to just get fat. DO NOT resort to Steroids. Trust me, I have seen way too many people that have more negative than positive effects.

NEVER just eat junk food cuz all your doing is putting on FAT, NOT MUSCLE if you want muscles eat alot of protein in big servings like vegetables, eggs, baked meat like baked fish or chicken, also instead of sweet cereal like Froot Loops eat Kellogs Flakes (not Frosted Flakes) and run, lift weight, go swimming or walk don't get a ride to places you can walk to. Now i''m not saying you can't eat junk just don't rely on it to help you be big eating junk food can lead to health problems that's why it's called JUNK FOOD { : )

work out and eat food with lots of calcium. just stay away from steroids. look at Arnold Schwartzeneger for an example as to why you should stay away from steroids.
