I'd try wikipedia's sites on Body Parts. They are most likely to not give "dirty" materials to you and are more on topic (unlikely to try and sell you something)

Alternatively, you could check out a book in the library. However depending on exactly which parts you are interested in, the Internet sources might be less embarrassing and more private.

If you are talking about you inner organs than get a anatomy book, I f you are talking about you "outer" parts get a "Your Growing Up" or a "So Your Becoming A Man/ Woman" book But because of you question I think you are to young for a Playboy/Playgirl so you will have to use those for now
