I don't know. It just looks kind of wierd to me. I like just plain lips, no lipstick even.

Black & brown are wrong unless you have VERY dark skin. Lipliner is a bit drier so lipstick adheres to it better than naked lips. Also it helps keep lipstick inside the lines. If it is applied correctly, it shouldn't be noticeable!!!

lipliner is suppose to make your lips look bigger
but its also used to trace your lips
so when you put on lipstick
you can "color inside the lines"
some people go overboard
and put it outside of their lips
and thats not how lipliner is suppose to be used
originally it was just used to line your lips
so when you put lipstick on
you have a line where you should stop

sort of, it defines your lips so everyone can see them bettr.it makes people look at your lips more because the lipliner makes your lips stand out.

Lip liner is mainly used by older people. As you grow older your lips will get smaller and the outer lin that you have on your lips when you are young gets very light and hard to see. People use it to darken their natural lip line and to make their lips appear to be larger and more plump!

It depends were you place the lip liner. Some people place it on the outside of their lip to make them appear larger and some place them on the inside of the lip to make the appear smaller.

they wear it to increase volume in lips otherwise know as "plumb" or do lock in lipstick or gloss, or to make the color last or to make it more bolder.most lipliner wearres prefer brown, and soemtimes pink.

well i think if anyone's going to use lipliner they should use the color of their lip tone. that way it looks natural.

Not really. In my case, I use it to outline my lips and then fill up with lipstick/lip gloss. I guess some people might do it to make their lips look fuller.

makes lips look fuller but it also helps the lipstick stay in place.. you should also wear a liner that comes very close to the color of the lipstick.. some people just don't do that..
