I am having trouble understanding your question. You catagorized it under Men's health so I am going to paraphrase your question to mean can installing sprinklers put someone at risk from asbestos?

Installing anything in any building built more than 25 years ago could expose you to asbestos depending on what you are disturbing while performing the installation. Since alot of older buildings did not have sprinklers installed in them and many do get upgraded to include them, there is a chance that installing sprinklers could expose you to asbestos if you are drilling through old walls and ceilings. If there is a situation where asbestos is suspected, it should be questioned by the installers so someone can verify if it is safe or if special protective gear is warranted.

I'm not sure what you are asking, but asbestos as any sort of building material was banned 25 years ago.
