I do not believe it is on the cell phone itself. It may be the last 3-4 digits of your phone number, or the 1st 3 digits. It may also be 1-2-3 or 1-2-3-4. Consult your phone manual.

When you first get your cell phone the access code is usually the last 4 digits in your new cell number. I have heard that it can also be the last 4 digets of the credit card that you ordered the phone with. If you entered a new one then i don't know how to find it without knowing it. If that is the case then call your provider (which i hope is verizon 1#).
Hope this helps

Take a peek in the booklet you get when you purchased the phone. If there is nothing to help you out, call your provider. They will definitely be able to help you.
