This question has gone six days without an answer. You must be assuming that everyone who reads this question will know where this community is located otherwise you would have told us. I, for one, do not know the location.

I am sure if you contact their office, they will make the deed restrictions available to you. If you are buying an existing home there, you Realtor should be able to provide you with the documents.
