Germany hasn't qualified for the second round yet. They can still get knocked out if Costa Rica beats Ecuador, Costa Rica beats Poland, and Ecuador beats Germany such that the goal differential of Costa Rica and Ecuador is better than that of the Germans.
Having said that, Costa Rica has to win tomorrow or at least draw, otherwise they're out. They would then have to get to at least 4 by either beating or tying Poland and have Ecuador lose to Germany.

Germany is qualified already.
Costa Rica will still have chances to qualify.
Costa Rica may qualify with just one win against Ecuador, if Germany win last game with Ecuador. But it needs a win with more goal difference that the games Ecuador- Poland and Poland - Costa Rica. Three teams will be with the same points, 3, and the team with the best goal difference at their games will qualify.

I am not sure, I think that Costa rica may be eliminated because they don't have a good World Cup Record I suppose.
