Can the US beat Italy? We do have more on the line than them. Can we win? I hope so this is the first World Cup that I have ever been interested in and would love to see us Yankees play on.

Unless some how the Italians have food poising like Tottenham had on the last day of the year. And only all the backups get picked. And with that said they wouldn't even win. I love the USA Men's National team but I was angered after the Horrible performance. Onyewu was embarrassed by Jan Koller and if he didn't get injured it would of been 6-0. Please Arena drop Donovan and Beasly; put in O'Brien and Dempsey.

If the team comes out fired up and with some large portions of luck they might just pick up a win or draw.
If they play like they did against the Czehs, not a chance.

There's not a chance unless the US teams starts to actually believe that they can do it. They completely lost hope in thier opener and it showed. They also need to not always kick it back to Keller to get the ball down the field.
