I'd like to live a life where I'm happy (who doesn't). As such, I was just curious to see what makes other people happy.

usually I'm the happiest when I'm content & at peace with who I am. also doing and giving things to other people & my dogs makes me really happy, to know that I made them so happy.

Real Happiness and Inner Peace
Real happiness and peace can be ONLY found in submitting to the commands of the Creator and the Sustainer of this world. God has said in the Qur’an: (Truly, in remembering God do hearts find rest.)
(Qur’an, 13:28)
On the other hand, the one who turns away from the Qur’an will have a life of hardship in this world. God has said:
(But whoever turns away from the Qur’an, he will have a hard life, and We will raise him up blind on the Day of Judgment.) (Qur’an, 20:124)
This may explain why some people commit suicide while they enjoy the material comfort money can buy. For example, look at Cat Stevens (now Yusuf Islam), formerly a famous pop singer who used to earn sometimes more than $150,000 a night. After he converted to Islam, he found true happiness and peace, which he had not found in material success.

My girlfriend makes me most happy. Although I am a woman in a relationsip with a woman, its the same as any male-female relationship. You learn about one another, see similar and dissimilar likes and dislikes. You come to care. Love is love, no matter the gender of the other person. And we are in love, so nothing else matters.

Well, anyone can list what makes them genuinely happy (for the moment) but honestly, I don't think people would know pure, true happiness if it walked up to them and slapped them in the face.

What makes me happy is cooking/baking for my friends. I love being in the kitchen and I love making my friends/family happy.

To me happiness is being with my other half. I want us to be together until we are old and wrinkly. I also want to keep unraveling the universe's many mysteries as long as I live.

try doing stuff w/ friends. like for example take a hike and when u get to a stopping point talk about funny/embarrassing stuff u guys did. this way your around your friends thinking about the good time and creating more memories.
