I don't know about the kits but I just went by my ovulation cycle. I can easily predict mine.
you can also try natural methods like the mucus and temp thing, and definitely check what you and your husband are eating some things like licorice decrease a mans sperm count, temporary though. So along with going by your cycle you should look at other things that may hinder you getting pregnant and avoid them to help the process easier.
sorry I could not answer about the kit itself but do a search for natural ways to help become pregnant. (you know what I mean)

YES! I bought the 21 day test, you start it the day after your period and continue until you get a positive result which usually lasts about 5 days. We had been trying for 5 months before that with no luck. I found out through the test I was ovulating early, like day 8 not day 14. We got preggos that month, yeah! The test I bought was a Walgreens brand. I swear by it now.

Good luck to you!

Ovulation predictor kits are not always accurate. Instead, I would suggest you read _Taking Charge of Your Fertility_ by Toni Weschler; it has information that will help you determine ovulation with a higher degree of accuracy.

If you *do* choose to use the ovulation predictor kit, *don't* stop using it when it says you're about to ovulate. Your body may prepare for ovulation, then "change its mind" and ovulate a few days later. If you assume you are about to ovulate the first time, you can miss the real one.

Good luck!!

I have never used one of those. I did the temperature charting and looking at the mucus changes. Yeah, that is gross but it does work. You could go to ivillage.com and it will tell you how to chart everything. Also, if I remember correctly, you can print the charts of that site. And it is a whole lot cheaper.
