The short answer: T-mobile, for myself.
The longer answer: I'm not sure whether you're just doing a survey or are trying to pick one for yourself. If it's the latter, the question (and our answers) may not be all that useful. It depends so much on *your* needs and the coverage in the areas you'll be calling from.
I chose T-mobile because I'm not one of those people who'd die if I couldn't be in *constant contact* and yakking every ten minutes. I wanted cell service for emergency use only, and T-mobile's pay-as-you-go plan seemed to be the best deal from all the studying I did. I probably spend less per year than many people do in two months, but as I said, some people need way more minutes. My coverage is good, so far -- though probably not as good as Verizon's would be (for far more money) -- and I like my Samsung phone. Customer service has been pretty good, too.

I like Verizon.... Verizon has the best coverage, Cingular has better rates, TMobile is too high and Sprint has terrible signal strength and drops too many calls.
