It's hard to judge a whole group of people. I visited Jamaica twice while on different cruises. Some Jamaicans were very nice, polite, and interesting to chat with. Others were very pushy, demanding, and downright scary. I believe you can say this about any groups of people anywhere in the world though. So, I will say overall, I found Jamaicans to be friendly and full of smiles.
