Anyway, the answer is a resounding no. The sperm has to get near your vagina then make it all the way up to your fallopian tubes. It's quite a trip and takes a few days. Going through the digestive track won't do it.

This was started as an urban legend i believe because i could remember girls in high school thinking that they were pregnant from swallowing semen. This is a lie and if they believe this they shouldn't be performing these acts on anyone.Because they are little girls that aren't very smart.

No. The only way to get pregnant is to have sex. Every month you release an egg and if you have sex and your bf finishes inside you and his sperm swim up to your egg in your fallopian tube, that is the only way you can get pregnant. Sperm in your mouth actually gets digested in your stomach and doesn't go anywhere near your egg.
