The only place I'm aware of having woman's 4 1/2 is Nordstrom.

zappos.com is probably the best web site on the whole internet. you can find hundreds of shoes, search by size, order what you like, send back for free what doesn't fit - you never have to go to a shoe store ever again if you don't want to!

wow...ur tha same size as me your prbably 5'2 or 5'1 cus im that size...but your probably older then me cus im 15 anyways....but you cant find 4 in a half for women only 4 kids....
