how do I install the skin I have for avant browser?

~~ they should be listed in tools under skins. just click on the one you want to use. ~~

You can also right click an empty space on the toolbar and you will see skins. A menu will come up with all the available skins. They are easy to do. Just click on the skin a the browser will chane instantly. Don't like it? click on the next one. It's real easy.
