DON"T CRASH DIET. I KNOW FROM EXPERIENCE. It's definitely not worth it, plus you gain ALL of the weight back AS SOON as you START EATING. It will NOT do you ANY good, no matter HOW MUCH weight you lose. Plus, it destroys your body.
Here's what you CAN do to lose weight fast... like a pound a day. Which might not seem like a lot, but after two weeks, you'll have lost fourteen pounds... and gained muscle!!

ok... here's what you do...

Eat 6 Small meals a day, about every two hours. Start out with the first being like breakfast, but eat a fruit, a thick slice of cheese, and some eggs. Just make sure to get at least 3 healthy food groups in. Don't use any oils or sugars or salts while preparing your food. The next thing you eat should be like a midmorning snack, so a tall glass of water and some yogurt would be good. For lunchtime, eat a tortilla with some turkey and tomato and lettuce. Or whatever meat you choose. If you don't like meats like that, you could always opt for a salad, with a light vinagrette dressing or lemon juice. DO NOT EAT MCDONALDS SALADS. They're FILLED with fats. Your afternoon snack could be some carrots or a packet of 100 calorie cookies. For dinner, eat healthy veggies, but leave potatoes and starchy foods out. Only eat meat when it's in a portion of the size of a deck of cards. You could drink tea, cofee, or water with that meal... you could actually drink those anytime! For your last snack of the day, you could make some sugar free jello and eat a 1/2 cup portion of it. Or you could have some fresh berries.

Be creative with what you eat. As long as it's healthy, meaning low (preferably free of) bad oils, fats, sugars, and starches, you can eat it. And trust me, there's plenty of stuff out there.

For exercise, walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes when you first start out, then each week, add five minutes to that time. Don't have a treadmill? Go for a walk! For weight training, you can go to the library and get a simple workout book. Or you could go to a gym, which is really fun.

Just try to be healty about this, dear. You'll end up hurting yourself and those around you who love you very much if you do this for much longer. There are healthier ways to lose weight.

I don't think there is a way to pull off a CRASH diet. Never a good idea and you WILL put the weight back on after, plus a few more pounds. Just try to eat a little less at meals and don't eat when you get bored. Take the stairs, avoid the easy way out of some little tasks each day and you will find the weight come off the way it is supposed to , the way you are supposed to do it. There is NO such thing as an easy or quick way to do anything

I particularly doubt you're obese, crash weight loss diet is not ever the reply. If you suppose you're too obese or some thing then endeavor extra and construct muscle rather, you'll end up extra lean. Then you'll now not best seem greater, however believe greater/more healthy and it is going to final. Even if you happen to did unfastened weight on a crash vitamin, you'll believe run down and the load will come again. Honestly, it sounds such as you undergo from a distorted frame picture of you weigh one hundred fifteen at five'five and desire to unfastened 10 kilos, that could make you weigh up to me and i am five'a million healthful weight. Ask anyone you believe in the event that they particularly suppose you must unfastened 10 kilos.

Eat lots of jello,it has no fat. But don't stay on a crash diet for long its very unhealthy. Once you stop, you will get the weight back. If you crash diet to much, it will screw up your metabolism and then it will be even harder to lose the weight. Try a healthy lifestyle instead.

yeah, don't do it. crash dieting can really ruin your health. If you want to be thin and healthy, you need to stay that way all the time. crash diets can ruin your liver, strain your heart, and eat away at your muscle mass. The only way to do it is to excersize, eat proper proportions of food, drink LOTS of water, and (believe it or not) get a good night's sleep.
