1st of all, you need to finish your sentance. im going to assume
that you mean"what kind of food can people with aids have"
People who are HIV positve, which proboly also what you mean,
can eat whatever they want, no food is like "off limits".
they should proboly eat high iron and calcium to ensure stong bones and good blood flow
