Not all old people are old. There are many people alive today who are in their 70's, 80's, and 90's who are actually more active and more young at heart than many people in their 30s. Chronological age is not important . . . the number of years you have been alive is only a number . . . nothing more. Think young . . . be active . . . keep learning . . . and you will always be young.
