getting????????whentrying to uninstall programme from computer stops me doing it

If the program is currently running, you might not be able to remove it. If you do not have administrative priviledges, you may not be able to remove it. If you cannot, contact your system administrator.
What is it you are trying to remove?

Make sure that the program is not in use at the time. To do this go into your task manager by right clicking on your taskbar and go to Task Manager. Then go to the Processes Tab and make sure it isn't running in there. Then try to Uninstall it.

First try to close the programme you want to uninstall.
This may happen from encoding default language.

try removing it in safemode - when you restart your computer keep on tapping either f5 or f8 - select safemode
try uninstalling it in this mode
