Go by an intertube patch kit. Its like a little piece of tape. Stick it on, and blow it up. Or you could just go buy a new one for about $20.00...

Get a patch kit, or use good old duct tape. Can't find the leak?? Blow it up a bit and put it in the bathtub (one section at a time obviously). Push on the matress and watch for the bubbles, that's where the air is escaping from.

I'd suggest a Inner tube patch kit, they come with the rubber patch that you cut to size and the adhesive. You can use liquid soap solution to find the hole, if you aren't sure where it is. Just rub it all over the mattress and look for bubbles. Clean the area with some smooth sandpaper, then the glue and patch, and you will be all set.
