All that joka raps about is the name-brand of his clothes n' how much money he's got in his pocket. His flows don't match the beat he's on; it's like he raps completely independent of any kind of timing or rhythm. I really can't see how he's made it this far.

Wow.
I guess I gotta give it to that fool, man.. Jigga must have sump'n to have all you foos on his jock like this.
Yo, all I'm sayin' is, please try sump'n, for me, and yourself: listen to 2Pac (any song, it doesn't matter which), then listen to Jay-Z (again, any song - try to make it his best, though, just to be fair to jigga). Rinse and repeat. After you've heard 5 tracks from each artist, come back here and edit your answer... See if you still like that joka.
P.S. I have heard 99 Problems. It's not bad, as Jay-Z tracks go...
As for Kanye likin' him, listen close to that Last Call track on College Dropout... Kanye said: "So he (Jay-Z) asked me, "what you think of it?" And I was like, "Man, that sh*t tite," you know what I'm sayin', man what I'ma tell him? I was on the train (train=Jay-Z's label), man, you know."
