If you are using nero 6 (I think 7 already has it built in) you my need to download the nerovison updates.

http://www.nero.com/nero6/eng/nero-up.php

For mp4 you might need to purchase a special serial from Ahead or steal the serial but that will be told to you by NERO VISION EXPRESS if it is neccasary.

Once you have downloaded the updates and installed them use NERO VISION EXPRESS.You can make a menu if you want as well as set chapters etc, like a real dvd..

As for the second part of your question. If you use NERO burning rom or nero express and you tell it dvd video it is going to ask you for VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS, that is normal. If the files you have are already DVD structured(vob's and ifo etc) you can copy then to VIDEO_TS folder. I have never ever seen anything or needed to put anything in AUDIO_TS.

VIDEO_TS is the industry standard folder for putting DVD structured video files(the VOB, IFO and BUP files containting an MPEG2 video stream with sound, as well as the menu's and information about user probhibited operations).

I hope that sends you in the right direction.

Try just making a Data Disc instead.
