My friend and I are always playing soccer together, and I enjoy it, because she is a great person to be with. But the thing is, she is way better than me. Not that I am bad, but she is like... WOW! Every time I play with her it makes me feel inferior. What should I do? I don't want to stop playing with her, but I don't like that feeling of inferiority either.

Thats the thing. She also gets better grades than me, and is better at most other sports as well. There is nothing that we both do that I am better at.

sweetie there is one thing you have to learn about other girls: there is always going to be someone who is better than you or prettier than you or who has nicer things than you...no matter how talented or beautiful you are. you cant compare yourself to anyone else! she might be better at soccer but you are probably better than her at a ton of things. keep believing in yourself and be proud of who you are! maybe she can even teach you a few tips on the field. dont get down on yourself!

Well the first thing you gotta know is that people we love can be better than us in many things, but of course is always unpleasant they win you. Try to do other stuff whit your friend maybe some where you are very good, so you can beat her, and eventually soccer.

It is important you to remember that you should never feel inferior, we can not be masters on everything, learn to lose and enjoy it, don't put to much attention on things that don't deserve your time.

There will always be people that are more talented than us in areas. Belive it are not...you have abilities in certain areas that are better than others. Just do your best and be happy for your friend...she's more important to you than your feeling inferior. That's not a reality. It's just a feeling. Be better than your feelings. You'll always have lots of friends if you do. Give her a hug and enjoy the game...

There is always someone better then you when it comes to things in life, don't be jelous or feel bad about it. Next time you and her play, just tell her, wow you're really good, then ask her if she would teach you some moves or help you get better.

there will always be people better than you at something. You have to accept it and move on. Maybe ask her to teach you some of her skills. Jealousy is the friend's worst enemy...

She may practice more than you. Someone is always going to be better at something - it's not something to feel bad about. You're probably better than her at something else!!
