I organize a women's only retreat called The Spiritwoman Retreat. The cost is only $200 for Friday through Sunday, including retreat program, food and lodging.

It is located in East Texas, but if you can fly in to Dallas/Fort Worth, I'm sure you could catch a ride with one of our regular participants. This is our 6th year.

This year's retreat is not necessarily about yoga or medition but is focused on nature and the senses. The retreat theme is "Romancing the Ordinary." We have several women there who practice/teach yoga and medication regularly. Perhaps it is something that will meet your need.

The details are on the website below.

We would be happy to have you.

Good luck.

3-4 days sounds very short, unless you are already in Asia. Most retreats are about 2 weeks long. Check the Yoga Journal or other natural health magazines for all kinds of adresses. Good luck!

The International Taoist Tai Chi Society has week-long workshops for $500 US or $436 Canadian. Dormitories and food are included. They defray the cost by having everybody pitch in with the cooking and cleaning. It's not for everybody, but I liked it.
