Sure why not. If you don't want him to call anymore then you can tell him that. How would you feel if the roles were reversed?

It all depends on why he is your ex- boyfriend. No one but you can answer this question, when he calls we won't be there to tell you what to do. Decide for yourself.

Depends on the ex. I have one who hates me and calls me a whore, i ignore him becuase it isnt true, i havent done anything to deserve that comment. The other two I am friends with and we still hang out.

depends, if you wanna be friends then sure y not, but if he tryna get back with you and you dont want it dont and even if you do wanna get back with him, dont pickk up for a while so he'll realize what he missed then take him out his misery and call him when you';re ready...

depends on the situation.
if he is calling and like begging you to get back with him, tell im to stop or just dont pick up.
if hes calling just to be nice, be nice back to him
