Ouch, sorry to hear that. Because you dropped it, it's likely a mechanical problem - something snapped inside the mp3 player. You could try creative's web site - http://creative.com/support/ - and see if they have a repair program, but it's possible you might be SOL on this one. Look on the bright side - if you have to replace, you can upgrade to one of the newer models. I like my Zen Touch too, but there's a new video one out for about what I paid for the Touch and it looks 100x cooler.

Why don't you go to a place where they sell and fix things that are broken or sell it and go buy a new one. You can always get a new one from the store you got it from.

You can return it to the company for repairs, but if it's not still under warranty, it may be kind of expensive.
