I'd say, one of the best jobs in the next 10 years is to be a "medical transcriptionist." In the USA, they have a law that states that ALL the patient-doctor interactions must be transcribed electronically to eliminate paper copies of medical reports. Can you imagine how many doctors, patients and medical reports are there in the entire USA in a lifetime??? And the best part is that, you can also be home-based when you have gathered enough experience working outside. THE PAY IS VERY GOOD... you are paid per line transcribed!!! That's why, I can safely say that almost all of the transciptionists in the next 10 years will never go hungry... That's why I'm studying to become one!!! =)
good luck!!!
p.s. check the web to know more about medical transcription

Otherwise I would suggest being a Waste Management Consultant - Removing waste in approximately 10 years will
be a problem. Big business.

Anything in health care as baby boomers age and more people are in hospitals and need more care at home as well.
Nursing right now is one of the hottest professions around, and most hospitals need them on a constant basis. The need will only increase.
