Nope, has to be cleared by a tech with the diagnostic computer.

Not unless you repaired what was causing the lite to come on. Unless you remove the bulb. But if you repaired the problem, simply disconnect the battery or the red 10amp fuse in the fuse box marked ECM. Leave the fuse out for about a minute and reinstall. Restart the car and it should be out. If the problem was not repaired, the lite will be back on very shortly.

It has to be done with a computer. Do you know why the light is on? Have you already fixed the reason the light is on? You might be able to find a mechanic that will do it for little to nothing if work is already done.

you dont have to have a computer to clear the light, take the dash appart and pull the bulb out of the cluster, should take less than 30min and check engine light will never come back on :)

Have the problem fixed. Light will stay off then.

you can diconnect the battery but it will reset your whole computer in your ride but it will come back on until you fix the problem
