I hope they schedule their maternity leaves so that they weren't all out at the same time. And I would suggest they not spend too much time together (women in close contact with each other tend to pick up the same menstrual cycle...I think you see where I'm going with this.)

I think that women would make decisions that are more emotional than logical. But maybe that could be a good thing sometimes.
