Because they personal tattoos and have a deeper meaning to them than just what one can see.

Whats wrong with "ugly" tattoos? To each Beauty is in the eye of the Beholder.... What you see as ugly dead and strange, someone else can see as beautiful alive and "normal".

Well for me my tattoos have a meaning to them maybe she gets ones that mean something to her even if it is ugly personally I wouldnt do that but more power to her.
