I'm revising an existing Crystal Report. It displays a count of the records in the report footer. Now the user wants that count moved to the report header. It doesn't work in the header (always shows a count of 1) so I tried replacing it with a formula. That doesn't seem to work either, unless I'm building the formula incorrectly. Can you tell me how to make this work?

Click on insert in the file menu, then select Grand Total
Select the database field which u want, and choose count.
This will create a Grand Total in the Report footer.
Drag this sucker to the Report header.
U r good to go...

you need to access the header and search for the control that holds the counter value and assign its value in code.
